Q, Q Where are You?

Captain's Blog Stardate 88937.2

Hailing frequencies open. Q came back! Yay!! For those of you who weren't around during Star Trek Online's one year anniversary, Q decided to pay us a visit and give us a whole bunch of a goodies. This past weekend he came back! Tell me, who took advantage of the 50% off all ships sale? I couldn't help myself, I had to purchase the Guramba Siege Destroyer for my Klingon character. I've loved that ship since it was released and have always wanted it. As you can see from the news feed on the site, I also purchased the Federation Dreadnought (its finally listed on the Starfleet ships). Aside from that I also got the Vulcan D'Kyr science vessel. I've always been a fan of Vulcans and I really like the ship. The Vulcan shuttle craft is pretty nice also. It has two science BO stations which I really don't find useful, but it makes sense since the D'Kyr is a science vessel. Expect to see this shuttle released next week on the site. Even more good news, the first STO Academy featured series will be released this week. I just need to make sure that everything is running right. I expect it to be up no later then Thursday, so keep an eye on the series page. About a week or two after the release I'll set up a place to hold discussions for Episode 2. I guess that's all for this time. End transmission.

I can't wait for your series. Frankly I'm starting to get a little bored with STO...but at least Season 4 is coming up with a whole new fighting system :D

I may not be able to release the first episode this week. There is a bug which causes missions not to work right. You can read about it here
