STO Costume Renamer

This tool will allow you to rename your saved costumes/aliens for Star Trek Online. You simply need to choose the file, give it a new name, and click Rename! Once the conversion is complete you can download the renamed image and place it back into your screenshots folder for use in Star Trek Online. From now on when you want to load that image in Star Trek Online it will show up with the name you gave it.

STEP 1 - Choose the save file you want to rename.

STEP 2 - Pick any name you want for that file.

STEP 3 - Change the costume's faction
(only works with Alien races)
Don't Change Starfleet Klingons

STEP 4 - Submit it and wait.

Saved Files
Your saved files can be found in these folders depending on your operating system:

Windows XP = C:\Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots
Windows Vista = C:\Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots (it could also be the Windows 7 path)
Windows 7 = C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots

How This Program Works
The costume files that you can save from Star Trek Online use an internal name that is displayed when you load them. This program uploads your costume file and changes that internal name, as well as the file name, to anything you want. When you load the file you will see the name that you chose in the load the screen.
