Dominion Lock Box
Captain's Blog Stardate 90660.78

It is nearly here, the Dominion lock boxes. I wonder what interesting little goodies we can expect to see in it. As a matter of fact I wonder if they will be putting the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship into it. For those that don't know, at the Winter Event in 2011 Cryptic was giving away the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship (like they did with the Breen ship this year). It will be interesting to see if they put this ship into the Dominion lock box.
Cryptic hasn't given too much information about this yet so I'm going to have a little fun and make some assumptions based on previous lock boxes. I’m going to say that there is a chance for some unique Dominion duty officers and definitely Dominion ships. How would you like to have one of those big Dominion battleships?
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say there might even be some Dominion uniform options, although I think that is a pretty weak limb to go out on. What I would like to see is the Jem'Hadar blade added to the lobi store. Supposedly this is going to be the best lock box yet... Cryptic's words not mine. I'm sure a dev blogs will be coming out soon with tons of information about the ships and lock box prizes and then we can decide for ourselves.
On that note I'd also like to say that we are really close to the 3 year anniversary of Star Trek Online. I don't know about the rest of you, but this player is excited. I always enjoy these celebrations so I'm sure it will be fun. This also means that the STO Academy is celebrating its 3 year anniversary which I'm happy about. Although this is a topic for another time.
Finally, as you can see at the top of the page, the site will be coming down so I can transfer it to a new host. I'm hoping to have it back up the same day but I make no promises.

Well, I don't normally buy many keys for lockboxes, and those that I do I normally try to buy on the exchange.
However, this does look like a quality lock box. I especially like the addition to the lobi store of the XII upgrade for the Jem'Hadar ground and space sets.
The chance to get XII Phased Polaron weapons is also tempting!
(Of course the ships looks cool, I figured i didn't even have to mention that. The added feature to update the skin of the orginal Jem'Hadar 'bug' was also a nice feature.)
