November '12 Ask Cryptic Review
Captain's Blog Stardate 90508.08
November's Ask Cryptic was released this week and there was some interesting info in there. For starters there may be a TNG Bundle pack coming to the game soon. I assume this will be similar to the DS9 bundle which has tons of items from DS9. So for all of you TNG fans out there, keep an eye out for this bundle.
Last week I mentioned that the STO three year anniversary is coming soon. In the Ask Cryptic it was mentioned that there will be a Feature Episode being released during this time with a unique ship for both the Federation and KDF players that will be a limited time reward from the episode.
Speaking of new ships, in January we'll be getting a modernized Andorian ship. It seems like it won't be in a lockbox since the next lockbox will be released after the three year anniversary. This is good news for those of you who have Andorian Captains and want an Andorian ship. You'll just need the right amount of Zen to buy it.
There is definitely more information so I urge you to read through it yourself. Overall it seems like Cryptic has some pretty big plans for STO in 2013 and I look forward to it. Let's hope we aren't disappointed.

I was a bit surprised when I read Dan's comment that Crafting would be worked into a reputation system. I guess it kinda fits....

Crafting is slated to get its own Reputation System and we also want to revamp the system. The earliest time frame the revamp will happen would be in Season 9 or later, but we may be able to get the Reputation system and rewards out sooner. We�ll have to see how Season 8 goes first.

I'm glad they are increasing dilithium rewards, fixing private queues, and going to allow people to turn in marks for dilithium.
