Plans for STO
Captain's Blog Stardate 89627
F2P is rapidly approaching and the Cryptic team seems to be putting out the final touches to Season 5. This past week Stephen D'Angelo put up a blog which goes over there goals for 2012. If you haven't read it here is a quick summary. February has a second anniversary event, the release of the new Odyssey, a Klingon flagship, and the new Dominion featured series. In March we'll get an expansion to the Duty Officer system. Season 6 is targeted for June. Other than that D'Angelo stated that his goal is to have something new each week in the game. That's a pretty tall order to fill, and I am assuming it can range from something simple like a pet in the C-Store to a completely new mission. My question this week, do you think Cryptic can release something new each week of the year? Personally, I don't know. I would like to think that they can do it, but experience has shown us otherwise.Written by Attilio on January 08, 2012 at 10:45 pm
