nacelle - The engine housing structure on a ship. The impulse nacelle holds the impulse driver engines. The warp nacelle holds the warp coils.nacelles - A structure that holds an engine for space craft. Examples are warp and impulse nacelles.
Nagus - The political and economic leader of the Ferengi.
Nanites - Microscopic robots that perform various tasks.
nano - A prefix meaning a billionth
nanobot - A microscopic robot designed to perform specific functions.
nausicaan - A humanoid race that was easily angered.
navigator - A person or machine that controls the direction of a vessel.
ncc - A prefix for ship designations used when a ship has been commisioned.
NCC-1701 - The designation of the U.S.S. Enterprise commanded by Captain Kirk.

nerf - To make something weaker then it was.
nerfed - Something in a video game that has been weakened by the developers in order to adjust the game's balance.
neutral zone - The area between two borders that neither faction owns. For example the Federation - Klingon netural zone is the area between Federation space and Klingon space which neither faction claims.
neutrino - A neutral subatomic particle with a mass close to zero and half-integral spin, rarely reacting with normal matter.
