Hostile Takeover Walkthrough

Location: Memory Alpha
To acquire this mission you must speak with Markin at Memory Alpha.

Markin believes that his brother Quex is stealing his business, so Markin wants Quex off of Memory Alpha. You are asked to help and are given three options. You can either talk to Zara Dren to spread rumours about Quex; Tell Quex about Markin's plan; or report this to Commander Romaine. You can choose any option and successfully complete the mission.

OPTION 1 - Speak to Zara Dren
Tell Zara Dren that you have heard reports about Quex selling merchandise that isn't up to Federation standards. He will tell you to speak with Commander Romaine. When you speak with her she will want you to obtain a sample from Quex. Speak with Quex and obtain a sample. Use the computer right behind him to analyze it. Go through the options until a 3rd option appears which says Complete Analysis. Report back to Commander Romaine and tell her your findings. Then return to Quex and complete the mission.

OPTION 2 - Speak to Markin
Tell markin that Quex wants to spread rumors about him. He will give you merchandise to analyze using the computer right behind him. Go through the options until a 3rd option appears which says Complete Analysis. Report back to Commander Romaine and tell her your findings. Then return to Quex and complete the mission.

OPTION 3 - Speak to Commander Romaine
When you speak with Commander Romaine she will want you to obtain a sample from Quex. Speak with Quex and obtain a sample. Use the computer right behind him to analyze it. Go through the options until a 3rd option appears which says Complete Analysis. Report back to Commander Romaine and tell her your findings. Then return to Quex and complete the mission.
